Are you interested in becoming a part of North’s Sixth Form? If you are already a student at North or joining us from somewhere else, the application form can be found below. The deadline for internal applications is Friday 08 December 2023 and external applications is Friday 26 January 2024.

Option Blocks for Year 12 2024/25
Students should choose 3 options. Subjects should be chosen from separate option blocks. A reserve choice can be made from any option block.
NB: Please note that due to timetabling we have had to move Computer Science to block B
