Careers - Employer's

Employer engagement is crucial in inspiring our students to consider careers that they haven’t thought about before, as well as giving them first-hand experience of the rigours and expectations of the ‘world of work’. We run a variety of Employer Encounters throughout the school year. For example, Year 9 participates in Careers ‘Speed Dating’, whilst Years 10 and 12 undertake Work Experience and Year 11 thoroughly enjoy their Employer Interviews, a vital preparation tool for Post-16 interviews and beyond.

Whilst a number of our employer partners are alumni and parents, some have no previous direct link to our school and we always welcome new employers to our team.
