Year 11 students came into school to experience taster sessions of their chosen subjects at sixth form.
Photography is hugely popular at both GCSE and A Level and with the specialist equipment we have, it's no wonder our talented students do so well.
Year 11 students explored working in the style of professional photographer Aaron Dyer. They utilised directional lighting to explore reflections of objects, thinking about contrasting colours, composition and framing. Students took the role of assistant and photographer and produce some striking visual outcomes.
It was a fantastic opportunity to experience the subject.
