Our Careers Department is committed to providing the highest quality Careers provision for all our students, underpinned by the Government’s Gatsby Benchmarks.
Our Careers vision embodies the Shires MAT values in its aim to inspire students throughout their school journey to realise a future that they perhaps have not yet even imagine, promoting equity by providing them with the opportunities, wisdom and skills needed to confidently explore and evaluate aspirational career pathways, nurturing them to ensure that they achieve life-long career success. This vision is underpinned by our own North Bromsgrove CARE values, where Careers education allows students to connect with the work around them, adapt to an ever-changing job market and respond to its challenges and finally, to engage with staff, employers and businesses to hone their key employability skills.
