Continued success for our North family!
GCSE results are out today and we are celebrating!
Mr Gibson commented, “We're overjoyed with another strong set of GCSE results and our students and staff should feel very proud. These results epitomise North’s success in providing an education which enables our students to pursue their highest goals and aspirations. We celebrate the success of all students equally and their achievements should not be underestimated. Such success reflects the high expectations we have of our students, the high quality of teaching delivered by staff, the support and leadership of the governing body and, last but certainly not least, the endeavours of our fantastic students.”
Mrs Ingram, Deputy Headteacher in charge of teaching and learning commented, “We are proud of how hard the students have worked and the focus applied throughout the exams. GCSE examinations are challenging and our students have met that head on!
Many students gained top grades including Sophia James, Alfie Smailes, Sydney Dickinson and Bailey Depper-Gwilliams. We are incredibly proud of the students that made superb progress from their starting points: Louis Hicken, Jenna Joji, Libby Wood and Lexie Galt. These results complement our Sixth Form A Level results which were released last week. It is a privilege to work with our talented staff, and it is with a deep sense of commitment that we continue to nurture the talents and abilities of students across our North family.
