Year 10 Students Visit HOW College

Year 10 students visited HOW College at both their Bromsgrove and Redditch campuses this week to experience a range of college courses. The aim of the trips was to take part in subject taster sessions, with a view to making informed post-16 choices. Students took part in a variety of taster sessions including ESports, Electrical, Sports, Public Services, Catering, Childcare and Hair and Beauty and really enjoyed learning about the courses, as well as trying some practical activities. 

All of our students found their taster sessions fun and engaging and agreed that the trip was helpful, not just in supporting them in deciding upon what course to take after Year 11, but also in giving them an insight into college life.
