Our House Football Festival was back for 2024, bigger and better than ever before! Our newly appointed Sports Captains did an excellent job of getting their House teams together ready for the big event. The event was promoted all around school through weekly House Updates, TV screens around school and word of mouth from our Sports Captains, which saw more and more students signing up!

Our House Captains along with other Sixth Form students came to help through refereeing the games, scoring and cheering on their House team, which made a great competitive atmosphere!

There was a real buzz in the air, once the referees blew their whistles and the games got underway it was clear to see the competitive House rivalry! Students were all playing in good spirits demonstrating excellent sportsmanship whilst playing hard to gain those all important points for their respective Houses!

In total 101 of our students came to take part in our House Football event, an increase from previous years!

Well done to everyone who came to take part and thank you to our brilliant Sixth Form students for taking the lead and helping the festival to run like clockwork!

Houses have gained participation points for each of the students who came and participated towards the Sports Cup! Houses have also gained points for the position they finished in, results of the tournaments are as follows...
